It includes everything to build one complete 4-way connector pair with a panel-mount flange receptacle: the plug and flanged receptacle housings, both wedgelocks, and the contacts for both sides, packed together so nothing is missing when you sit down to build the harness.

The 10 AWG solid contacts in this kit crimp with the 18860 tool: its rear collar must be adjusted slightly to locate the contact correctly before crimping. The HDT-48-00 crimp tool is not compatible with these contacts.
